The disposable container for hot food, the one for cold food

Paperboard containers do not form one homogeneous family. The multi-purpose containers, available in white or kraft with a PE lining, can hold liquids up to 100°C, provided they are hot-filled and consumed within the hour. They are service containers, not storage containers.

Puro works the other way around. Kraft on the inside, kraft or black on the outside, it holds liquids and fats but is reserved for cold preparations: mixed salads, raw vegetables and cut fruit.

Pokebowl handles both ends of the spectrum. This kraft and PE range is microwave-safe and suitable for freezing, allowing you to prepare food the day before and reheat it at serving time.

The Bodeglass bowl in white bagasse is also microwave-safe. The PET used for Twist Bodega and Kosmo takes a different approach: it leaves nothing hidden, so a starter, fruit salad or confectionery is first sold through the transparent wall.

Choose the lid at the same time as the container

Twist Bodega closes with a screw-top lid, while the finish can change without changing the container: aluminium, matt grey PP or glossy black PP. Kosmo uses the same mechanism, available in white, grey or fuchsia. A screw-top container stays upright, making it easy to store vertically.

Puro and Pokebowl containers are snap-fit rather than screw-top. Their lids are slightly raised, allowing full containers to be stacked without crushing their contents.

Finally, the aluminium seal for Yogur containers is heat-sealed without a sealing machine and remains suitable for freezing at -20°C.

For most ranges, the lid for a disposable container is ordered separately. It often fits several capacities, and sometimes several product ranges:

• One PP lid is shared by the 50 and 75 cl Pokebowl containers and the 75 cl black Puro;
• A second, wider lid is designed for the 85 cl, 1.13 L and 1.3 L Pokebowl containers;
• A microwave-safe PP lid is shared by the Boko containers and the Stone bowl;
• One rPET lid is shared by the Yogur glass containers.

You can change containers without changing the lid reference, reducing the number of lines you need to keep in stock.

The disposable container for takeaway and catering events

Pokebowl may be named after a dish, but it works just as well for pasta, stews or a large mixed salad. Five capacities, from 50 cl to 1.3 L, cover everything from an individual portion to a large format, and the lid lets customers see the topping before opening it — an important advantage for takeaway sales.

The multi-purpose container is designed for lunchtime service: soup or a hot dish is poured in when the order is placed, into a container supplied with its lid.

Kosmo is designed to be customized. Rounded transparent base, white, grey or fuchsia lid: one colour for each recipe, making the buffet easy to read from a distance.

Bloom Lily is not a round container. It is a kraft folding box inspired by origami, designed by Michealle Renee Lee, and it stands out in event catering.

What can return to service after washing

Twist Bodega is leak-proof, stackable, recyclable and reusable: this disposable container can be used again before being sent for recycling. The flexible PE lid of the Yogur containers can also be washed and reused.

Rubber seals and stainless-steel clips follow a different logic. Combined with a glass lid, they create an airtight Boko closure, and this container is designed to be returned: this belongs to the reusable range rather than the disposable range.

For products that are sent for recycling, the aluminium seal is recyclable, and Kosmo is also recyclable, including both the container and its lid.
