Payment terms
The payment for your first order must be made by credit card before delivery. For subsequent orders, and subject to approval from our accounting department, payment may be deferred by a few days and made via credit card, bank transfer, or direct debit.

Pricing
All our prices are listed in euros, net and excluding taxes, inclusive of packaging, and ex-warehouse. VAT is applied at 20% or 5.5% for food products (or at the rate in effect on the invoicing date). Prices may be adjusted based on fluctuations in raw material costs or technical improvements.

Shipping
- Shipping fees : The shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and volume of your order.
- Delivery times : Delivery may take between 5 and 10 working days, depending on the destination. Delivery times may be extended during certain periods of the year.
- Overseas deliveries : Contact us for specific rates and delivery times.
- International Shipping : We are an Authorized Exporter (AE n° FR003480/0176) and as well an Registered Exporter (REX N° FRREX20221934). These certifications give you custom advantages such as reduced or eliminated cutom duties for preferential origin products under free trade agreements. Please contact us for prices and delivery times.
Returns
- Return policy : You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product. The product must be in its original condition and unused. Contact our customer service team for return instructions.
- Return costs : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
