Description
Indispensable equipment for professional kitchens, stainless steel 1/2 Gastronorm containers enable you to cook, store and transport your food, present your preparations and easily serve them. Whether in the dining room or in the kitchen, they are suitable for both hot and cold preparations. As stainless steel is a perfect conductor of heat, the trays can be used in ovens up to 250°C, in bain-marie to keep food hot, but also for temporarily cold conversation. Hygienic, lightweight, dimensionally stable (reinforced edges) and easy to clean, they are dishwasher-safe. Easy to stack (and unstack), they save space in your storage area. Made from 201 stainless steel, they are durable and recyclable at the end of their life. The lids, available with or without handles, keep your preparations warm and protect them during transport.
