BOISSONS

Prix €50.00 HTTBC28Straight, clear, washable and reusable glass tube. Ideal for fruit juices or light beers.
Glasses
Standing cocktail. Your guest has a glass in one hand, a bite in the other, and someone reaches out to shake their hand. They place their glass on the first ledge they can find.
The base therefore matters just as much as the capacity: wide and weighted for standing service, slimmer when the glass stays on a table. Champagne flute, tumbler, stemmed glass, large-capacity glass for beer or smoothies. Most models are washable and reusable, which changes the equation for recurring events. Some can also be used as tasting glasses, bringing them closer to the verrine range. One accessory is worth a look: the notched glass-holder plate, which frees up one hand for your guests during an event.
The full selection is available under glasses, including small-diameter models designed to fit securely into a meal tray.
Cups
Serve coffee too hot in a single-wall cup and the customer will put it down immediately. They will wait for it to cool, or ask for a second cup to protect their hand.
This is the first criterion to settle for hot drinks. A fluted double-wall cup keeps the beverage hot while protecting fingers, without the need for an additional sleeve. The second criterion is the lid: flat for transport, pierced for a straw, and ordered at the same time as the cup—not three weeks later. The third is carrying several drinks at once, solved with a cup carrier that can be split in two when there are only two beverages.
One point of interest for buyers who pay close attention to regulations: some cups are made from single-material cardboard, with no inner plastic film, and are PEFC-certified. The full ranges are available under cups and paper cups, while the cup carrier fits neatly at the bottom of a bag from the bags and transport category.
Bottles and Flasks
Two juice bottles side by side in a display, same contents, same price. What the customer looks at is whether the tamper-evident ring on the cap is intact.
That is the difference between serving a beverage and selling it. The bottle becomes a product displayed on a shelf: transportable and label-ready. Glass is suitable for pasteurized beverages and returnable bottles, as several models are compatible with a deposit-return system. rPET makes transport easier for deliveries and juice bars. Small-capacity flasks are ideal for serving a cocktail portion or sauce on a tray, while insulated bottles can handle a breakfast service without requiring staff to go back and forth.
The full range is available under flasks and bottles, particularly useful for takeaway sales.
Straws and Stirrers
The sugar is sitting at the bottom of the cup and there is nothing to stir it with. It is the kind of oversight that is noticed immediately because the customer will point it out.
Paper straws are available straight or flexible, in several lengths depending on the height of the glass. Bamboo straws have a wide diameter and a beveled end that helps prevent clogging with drinks containing leaves, mojitos being the prime example. Wooden stirrers come with a cardboard dispenser. Placed on the counter, it keeps them upright and allows the customer to take just one without rummaging through a container. Discover our range of straws and stirrers.
On-site or takeaway: what the law requires
An establishment that can serve more than twenty customers at the same time must provide reusable tableware for on-site consumption. Beverage containers fall within this scope, as has been the case since January 2023.
In practice, this divides your order into two categories. What is consumed on-site requires washable glasses, which should be considered alongside the reusable selection. What the customer takes away calls for a cup or bottle. Many establishments purchase both, and this is often the right solution.
